Rental Canopy Tents - 20x40
The next step up from a 20x30 canopy is our white 20x40 canopy tents. These tents have 3 center poles running vertically down the middle, along with 12 poles along the perimeter of the tent. All perimeter poles are held down by roping attached to stakes. When measuring for spacing we ask that you add an additional 10ft onto the tent footprint to allow room for stakes and ropes (ex: 20x40 tent needs a 30x50 footprint).

Our 20x40 pole tents can comfortably provide coverage for up to 80 guests (maybe a few more!) with our 60 person and 80 person packages. Under these tents we can fit 6 round tables and 3 long tables for food/gifts/etc, and white folding chairs. Or it fits 8 round tables with 80 chairs and the 3 long tables are placed around the edges. We can even add cocktail tables around the perimeter! Occupancy for cathedral seating is 133.
If you’re planning to have a dance floor please make sure the provider understands you have a pole tent with center poles in order for you to get the correct dance floor size that will fit properly (these are generally in the range of 9’x18’).
