We’re a gang of 5 (or 6 if you include our dog, Henry) that enjoys our quality time together whether it’s in the comforts of our home, out and about on the town, or in the backyard trying to get everyone to look at the camera. So much so, in fact, we decided to leave the professional career fields we knew so well to set out on an entrepreneurial adventure into the wild thickets of business ownership—all with the idea in mind to improve our quality of life while giving us the ability to spend more time enjoying our daughters while they're growing up.
Both of us have marketing, design, and software development backgrounds, but also plenty of experience in customer-facing and customer service positions. When approached with this opportunity a lot of the excitement derived from the unknown, the rest from the belief this was the open door we had been looking for. Our combined backgrounds would give us a leg up. It made sense (and still does).
