TERMS OF USE AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

This website, www.ashlandpartyrental.com, (herein referred to as the "Website") is operated by Ashland Party Rental, LLC (APR). The Terms of Use govern the rental order placement process.

RENTAL SERVICE

Rental services are provided by APR per quotations issued by APR and subject to a rental agreement. Please request a quotation at: https://www.ashlandpartyrental.com/contact-ashland-party-rental.

QUOTE REQUEST

APR will contact you as soon as possible. In all cases we make an effort to reach you before the end of the following business day (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM). 

RATES

Your order must contain at least $100 worth of rental equipment for delivery. This minimum may be subject to change according to rental month and delivery requirements included in the Order. Standard rental prices are based on a three to four days rental period covering a weekend with delivery prior and pick-up after your event. Quotations for period not including weekends can be provided on request. Equipment prices listed on the Website do not include Massachusetts sales tax. The tax and all applicable fees will be added. All prices are subject to change. 

DELIVERY AND PICK-UP

a) Standard delivery based on a round trip, including the pick-up, and scheduled during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM). Delivery charge is $75 for the standard coverage area (ground level and/or first floor only). This fee may change according to rental month and venue location. 

b) Special delivery or pick-up requests outside the standard delivery may be subject to additional fee(s). Special requests must be arranged in advance to ensure timely delivery. 

WEBSITE CONTENT

The images included on the Website may vary slightly from the Equipment provided in the rental due to manufacturer model changes and general wear and tear.

PRIVACY

We will use all personal data you transmit to us, including name, address, telephone number and email address, will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy stated on the Website. Any other communication such as questions, comments or suggestions will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
